Yes. It does. I've had 737 people use it, and currenlty two people have favorited it. You essentially have to replace the standard Left 4 Dead 2 background video that plays in the main menu, with the video I have provided for you in the files. Its location is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media You see those 5 ".bik files? You replace those with the files I provided. Make a backup if you'd like of the originals.
