Is there any way to deactivate the mod automatically being used? Or at least to deactivate the WIP ones? I love the finished ones but it throws me off a LOT hearing the WIP, i prefer them not existing at all

Hey guys, U.S. Southern voice here; this project has long been abandoned since 2017 so no updates or fixes are coming anytime soon. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do since the project managers have disappeared. I've spoken with some folks about getting things running again on a forked mod, but I've not heard anything beyond that yet.

Please can you update some of the volumes of the voices so that they are in line with the base-game voices?

Yeah Swedish soldier voice here, I recorded and sent in all the lines and I'm very sad they're not all in and that some are WAY too loud, not sure what happened there. If someone makes a new version of this, please let me know, I still have all my voice files for a full swedish soldier pack.

I don't know how to mod but someone needs to just create a new mod then, it's an old game but having just a handful of eurozone and not even slavic voices was a tragedy if not a farce, I have no idea how to find people that can actually do it but we need Hindi Arabic etc. not to mention BR PT

Many of the voices sound terrible, literally making my ears bleed (very loud high frequencies). Need to be properly remastered.

Hi all! Voice of the "US Southern" soldier here; it seems the mod is dead, sadly. It hasn't been updated in over 5 years, and I've heard nothing in my direct reaching out for submitting further voice lines.

It's a sad reality because I very much enjoyed providing my voice for this, hopefully shown to you all (y'all~) by the lines I *was* able to get recorded and sent in <3

The first Russian voice doesn't play previews in the character editor. Fortunately, there's a separate Russian voices mod on here.

I also ran into the problem that, with this mod enabled, I can no longer change the faces of my created soldiers. The wrinkles and creases would change, but the facial structure remained the same for all choices. After a few restarts I disabled this mod and then it started working again.

I know I'm late to the party, but are the work in progress voice languages incomplete in the terms that when you give soldiers orders they just double up on unfinished phrases, or are they blank?

In other words, If I give a soldier with a WiP voice language orders, will it just be silent in some cases, or they will just say a phrase that does not fir the circumstance?

And yes, I know this mod is abandoned.

I'd like to offer my compliments to the team. Shame the project was discontinued. Especially the Russian and Polish speakers did an excellent job. Some of the alternative English voice talent was a bit sub-par, but I loved the one British speaker with the classic line of "He was a useless shite, that boy".

@Asedunu After some testing, this seems to work fine with WOTC (I was using the Alternative Mod Launcher, and I believe the normal mod launcher doesn't allow you to use voicepacks not specifically made for WOTC). However, it looks like this project is dead, and there hasn't been any major changes in a while.
