@MR.Z1234ify assuming you're not trying to troll, if you look above this post and to the right of the subscribe button, you'll see a box with 'required items' on it. You need to download everything in there. Photon Lighting Engine is how you turn on lights, and the other mods you'll need to make the car spawn in right. For Photon, once you're in game, hold C to open the context menu. On the top left it'll have a button saying 'photon' or something along those lines. Click that and you should have all the info you need to have a fun time in Garry's Mod. Also, do you know how to change body groups and skins? Just right click a car while you have the context menu open. I hope this helps :)
