Yes and no. At the moment I am just enjoying designing my designs or alternate ships for other factions for 4. I am using specific rules building the designs which doesn't allow many parts to be used the way I used them in 3 which means I cant make many of my GC3 ships the same as 4. If I find a way of making them, I will.
