There are also more complicated commands such as adding bots on different teams to make it imbalanced. Adding bots with specific names is a feature too.

Open Chivalry using the Chivalry Launcher (Workshop, SDK, Safe mode)
Beneath the 'Play Deadliest Warrior' button there should be a button which says: 'Click to download subscribed Steam Workshop items'. Press the button and it should fix it. If not, i think you might be typing it in wrong or it could be a problem with where the workshop files are being installed.
