I went and booted up the map for the first time in ages and the spawns appear to be working fine. I don't think I have the original hammer map file so fixing any issue may be a problem in itself.

Requiring HL2 and CSS is extremely common for custom maps, especially for TTT maps.

well no wonder why these maps arnt so popular you have to by other games just to play on this map

The map requires Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike Source to be installed to run without texture and model errors.
