@pilot.patrick93 - It is due to the textures. From the statistic usually goes like this.
1024x1024 textures = 2.9-3mb
1024x2048 textures = 5mb
2048x2048 textures = 10mb
So yes, judging by the file size, you can also guess how big textures I use.

When I build this the lvl.6 "Sea-and-Sky Scraper" can't be build, therefore locking the Medical Center.

Have you ever thought about doing any massive structures? Stuff like 300-700 meters tall? Kinda like the stuff Visu makes? I think a supertall in your style would be really pretty!
