Number one tip is to use Alternative Mod Launcher, gurantee you the people below saying they have issues are just using the base launcher,
Ich hoffe ich konnte irgend jemanden helfen :) Für mich war es sehr lästig und ich dachte an einen Mod-Konflikt...

Thank you.
I'd fix it myself, but im not downloading that humongous SDK again to fix one script.
When you go into the action mode (by pushing the right trigger), the camera continues to rotate around when using the D-PAD to select from the avialbe actions (e.g. reload, hunker down, throw grenade etc.). It should not, and only does so with this mod installed.
Some other people are also suffering the same issue, and we have no idea what's causing it.
Woohoo~! :)
I had to unsub, unfavorite, remove from my collection and thumb down the other mod because the author was too proud of himself :P
Yes most of us who subbed to his mod are not too familiar with modding nor .ini editing but he didn't have to be a d|ck when most of us got annoyed at his most recent changes to his mod.
Yes his creation is his and he's free to do whatever the damn he wants with his mod, but once he uploaded it here on the Workshop he essentially gave his subscribers the right to ask for and/or complain when his creation gets messed up.
I sincerely hope you won't follow in his footsteps because modders like that who feel their privileged SHOULD NEVER publicly host their creations if they're not welcome to user feedback.
LEGEND.
(You might need to remove all the ModClassOverrides from My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\Config\XComEngine.ini, as suggested by TheDyingScotsman in the other thread.)
