You need to use his most recent one that is called "100% Tie". It is the official canon size and fits perfectly. If you want to lock them in place, you may want to add the maglock mod:

Ah I see my mistake, I always searched for Arquitens class, not Imp Light cruiser. I really like the Arquitens and I normally run one in my Star Wars Armada fleets with enhanced armarment, so I though I'd look for one for SE.

When I made it I based it on the Star Wars Rebels artwork and sizes from the Wookiepedia. However, it appears that the size has been updated and now this version is 100m too short

Re-watched the video and I saw them this time. Although how did you get a cannon size for it? I'll admit I haven't looked very hard but I haven't seen anything on the subject.

Just a bit of advice for a modification, the Arquitens has a slit on each side running from the centre engine to each outboard engine. I haven't played with the ship ingame, but from the video it looks pretty good.

I checked and it's working fine for me. Did you follow the instructions I gave in my comment below yours? Maybe it's because of block limits as the ship has over 11500 blocks, try turning them off.

Press F10 to bring up the blueprint menu, give it a bit of time to load all blueprints and then select this one from the list and click OK. When the menu dissapears use Ctrl+V to paste it into your world.

Not the longest. But probably still as good! Someone made a 1km star destroyer. Vanilla, I believe.
