I actually really like this class and the ability tree it has, still using it each time i play

I support the Longwar Perk Pack mostly which only effects the soldier trees.

Not using it yet. I would like to see non-LW2 version though. Not tired of vanilla yet, but i do find soldiers with 2 heavy weapons ridiculous :D

Is anyone still using this? I am considering deleting it when War of the Chosen comes out. I will make a new version if there is enough request but it will be a class pack (its easier for me to maange and you can just unselect which ones you don't want)

I will consider it but I would say that with the large health, defensive capabilities and multi shot abilities the ammo restriction of the cannon sort of acts as a balancing mechanic in its own way.

Another fan of your Gunner class here. My only possible complaint is they feel a bit cumbersome with only the default 3 shots in their cannon and it seems like they spend more of their time reloading compared to other classes. I mainly use their suppresion ability and I end up going thorugh ammo quite quicky unless I give them an extended clip. If you ever tweak this class again would you consider giving them a perk that adds one extra ammo, or something along those lines?

Overdrive should now be fixed, it keeps the same name but I changed how the class, src and int recognize it which is now "OverdriveRS".
I also altered Gatling Fire. It actually does 4 shots instead of 3 for some reason but each shot now has a -10 Aim penalty so people might consider Saturation Fire more now.
I will test these changes when i get around to it. If they dont work let me know.

One more thing, Gatling Fire seems immensely powerful(I know its a major rank skill, but damn lol) Maybe add a -10 penalty to hit the second shot, and -20 to the third?

If you have to rename Overdrive to make it compatible with Shen's Gift, might I suggest Double Time. Also, how long is that going to be bugged? I was about to start a campaign with this mod but now I'm nervous.

Looks like the Gunners "Overdrive" seems to affect the Sparks "Overdrive" is anyone else having this problem?

Been using this class for awhile now. Still my favorite take on the Gunner archetype!
Something about Reaper Rounds and Gatling Fire just makes me smile.

I wonder if it's an intended penalty of this class that it's aiming don't become any better through leveling, or if it's caused by a conflict with LW's toolbox?

No I dont think it can hair trigger or execute. There is seperate code to enable that and I dont think I put it in there.

Can stabilized shot activate a hair trigger? I've never seen it happen and I've fired a lot of them. I switched to firing regular for my final action every turn, and that activates it sometimes, but never off stabilized shot.

Already Has large base health and brace will help "keep you alive" when used. Blast Padding can be AWC'd;

Brace lasts for 1 turn (your turn + enemy turn), Removed Light reflexes from it due to clashes
Stabilized shot moved to where Setup was (rank 2 choice)
Setup replaced by Long Reach which gives Squadsight and long watch

Just to make sure you know, (i know you mentioned something about it before) i recieved the perk hail of bullets at a low rank from the awc. That in turn negated the picking of abilities when they promoted to that rank. Not negative feedback, just mentioning it, I do like the mod though.

Great job with this mod. It is my favorite custom class so far. I do think Reaper Rounds should not be in the AWC if it still is and that the class would benefit greatly from a Danger Zone type skill. Just a thought though. Thanks again.

would it be possible to add in more things that alter suppresion like the gunner in LW? Things like AOE suppression and Dangerzone so you can go full bullet wizard?

Also got reaper rounds on the AWC and for some reason they are affecting my grenades hit chance. Had 0 misses before rolling skill now my grenades keep missing things.

Please take Reaper Rounds out of the AWC pool. It is a skill I would never take, and having it get forced on a soldier that can't afford the -15% aim is terrible.

That's weird, I added an icon and just cleaned some code. Thankfully that fixed it haha.

yes i have other mods, appeareance mods and mission timer. it only crashes if i take my captain heavy gunner on a mission and he levels up, end of mission, before loading scene in the plane, the game crashes.
maybe one of the major skills or something else with the level up?
