can you make a reaper class (shotgun+sword with reaper+deepcover+and more. Reaper is so deep in cover that they can move where ever tehy like with out been spoteted. Reaper does not have any AP so they can kill a lot. the only way to end the turn is to click on end turn (upper right on the screen), or AP=999 or 99, should be enought to kill all aliens on the map.), - you can only have one Reaper pr squad.

Am not sure but I think I get a class without a weapon. Nickname: Den mother or something like that. I forgotten her nickname.

This does indeed fix it.
Mod number is 620250642

The fix for armor is easy.

Add these two lines to: steam/steamapps/workshop/content/268500/MOD NUMBER HERE/Config/XComClassData

+AllowedArmors=soldier
+bAllowAWCAbilities=1

Add them after the line for "allowed weapons" and before "squaddie" and they can now wear armor and have AWC abilities.

Also dont think my soldiers are gaining anymore XP. Been several missions and none of the new classes have gained a level. Nice Mod,when it worked properly. I enjoyed some of the new classes.

This seems to be a recurring problem. Work on this mod has stopped due to the issues with newer versions and game updates. We are sorry for any problems caused

Same problem as Spideywulf, with the new dlc the new classes can't equipe armor anymore

How come the new classes are unable to equip Pradator Armor? Did the new DLC break that or working as intended?

I already have mods for classes like Soldier and Vanguard. Are those mods yours?

There are a few classes now that do the sword/pistol combo. The Gunblade is the first one that comes to my mind, but there are a couple now.

Would it be possible to make a weapon that acts like a pistol?...Or is there no way to give the unlimited ammo to it?

Yeah sorry wakeboy3, I don't think we can do that. Pistols and swords are both secondary weapons and we just can't make it so that they go together. Unless another modder figures it out we won't be trying it. :/

I'd love to see a class that uses a pistol and a sword, though I don't believe this to be possible. Any insight on this?

Hey the Vanguard does not appear to have a psi score at all. Is that intentional?

There are already lots of tutorials around. They'll probably be much more helpful than any we could come up with as those tutorials have been made by modders with alot more experience.

Anybody downloading for the first time now shouldn't have a problem with the class promotion issue that people had from downloading before the update. From testing I haven't really spotted any other major issues, but if you do have any can you please mention them in the Class Feedback discussion .

Sorry @Elund for not answering sooner. As @Dippy says, you can train the classes up through the GTS, which doesn't need to be upgraded. I'm not sure why none of your soldiers can't randomly get the classes as this seems to be an isolated issue. You could try reinstalling the mod just to see if that works. Maybe it didn't install correctly

@Elund Make the GTS, At the moment it escapes me weather or not ou have to upgrade it, But you can train soldiers as a specific class with it.

So for anyone with the solider error, I found that you can retrain them in the GTS just fine.

Regarding the Icons, are the icons in the streenshots the ones you're using, or are they temporary? The ones in the screenies look great but I was just wondering if you intend to make them appear more like the ones already in game? i.e. utlizing sumilar colour schemes and designs so that they visually mesh with the default classes. If not thats all good :) love your work, people really need to get on rating this!

Mod creacters can you please put a link to the dlc mod in the description for those who inevitably won't see the comment? I understand if it's a bunch of hastle but I feel it is a must until this can be fixed

The missing dlc mod is a good hotfix for the time being, not having 6 of my soldiers on the other hand not so much but i am able to play

So for anyone who has trouble finding the "no more dlc error pack" mod like I did, there's one called "Ignore Missing Content DLC" that I reckon does the same thing. Sorry for double posting but I felt others would have the same problem

if u installing the mod "no more dlc error pack" u can load your savegame and remove the mod classes without any error after removing
