It should be along the Seaport and Harbor. Otherwise, the model might be obsolete for the patch like some certain asset.

the floor of the terminal is higher (more elevated) than the groud - makes it unrealstic for people to get up there (people can stil use it , but it is less realistic)

maybe you should add in description that people should best subscribe to the mod ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=666425898&searchtext= ) that prevents the trees near the water from turning all brown :) just a little tip

Next Patch will add some kind of possible alien theme or something. I think this would fit well.
