Hey again! Just want to thank you again for this amazing assett! I built a lovely University area around the building with a park and a leisure zone with basket ball, tennis, gyms and so on. I use it a lot, works great in the middle of a big roundabout, as a former palace, now a Museum. Love it! And the sims too as they keep on building traffic jams, in awe of this building :) Danke Jens!

So much better than the default - boring - university. So much more classy! Changed my city impression a lot. Needed to bulldoze a bit more than for default one, but it was worth it!

It looks amazing, very nice work. Would you consider upping the capacity and costs to reflect it's size vs the stock university though? I was thinking around 30% more on both.
