if you say these old ships are commissioned why not upgrade them much like your modern era vessels like the Protector of Orion or the titan class battleship?

I don't know why but when i look at him, I always see something like BC-304 from StarGate series.
And i really like the design. Even with some errors as you said before :-) For the moment it's like my second favourite ship from ACI.

I've had a problem with simspeed and trying to get all the ships I want to include added to the graveyard world. As such I will not be using your ship now at this moment in time. I may use it in the future though, and will credit you as the creator and probably post a link here.

Hi. I was wondering if it would be okay to use this ship as part of a Let's Play series. We will be crashing it into a host of other ships and having a shipwreck yard type set-up on a planet.
Considering the state of damage your ship might suffer, it may become unrecognisable. However I will be including a link in the description of the video, linking back here.
If you do not want your ship to be used, please get back to me ASAP as removing the ship after the crash is not going to be an easy task.

There are Oxygen Generators in the middle and back of the ship. If the ones in the middle of the ship are destroyed the ones in the back would still operate normally, and the generators in the back are very well protected.

You do not have to worry about loosing any oxygen. ;)

Maybe for Battle if the Generators are beeing hit

In the hangar for the depressurisation sequence. Would it need the tanks otherwise?

I was thinking of a small dropship with a landing gear as cargo attach point to bring down a atmo miner for small mining operations.

The way players in dedicated servers and faction warfare work in Space Engineers almost forces the cruiser size vessels to perform as carriers of some sort. Basically a ship that requires this investment in resources is going to act as the flagship of a faction. Also a small wing of fighters or in most cases utility drones is going to be more useful than a full squadron of manned fighters, mainly because most individual players tend to prefer corvettes or patrol boats made of large grid blocks rather than fighters given how vulnerable these are to turret fire, so a cruiser acting as a flotilla leader for a group of corvettes and or frigates is going to be more common and effective. At least that is what I have come to learn from my own experience in MP.

It is partly a carrier you are right there, but i decided to call it a battlecruiser, because it has quite the array of weapons on it.

This is a really cool ship. But would this be more fitted as a carrier than a battlecruiser?
