Is it normal that when using this, my jetpack had no sounds?

While using this character model on a GTX dedicated server; the hands of the model seperate from the body and the drill is aimed about 25° off to the right of where it usually is when not using the skin: did it happen to install wrong?

I saw somewhere else on a skin mod that SE has now reduced the skin size for the player characters. One arm is now a reflection of the other so this may be why it no longer works :( fucking SE.
