I want to use this vortex to mark the location of stargates, to make them easy to find, but the color is too close to the sky color
@Steel Regole has given me an idea, which may or may not be as easy as I'm hoping. If you're good at making particle textures, wouldn't you be able to find a way to use campfires to do smoke signals (where the smoke is just a really high particle emitter). Not saying go ahead and do it right now, but it's worth considering if you ever get bored or run out of ideas.

If you could add color to them, they'd be good markers for tribes for . . . something. I play solo, so I have no further thought on that.
@Narutofan I *could* my problem is I'm pretty crazy about making only clean mods so thus far I have refused to make anything that could conflict with any other mod or ARK itself. A mod that altered drop particle effects would definitely not be clean.
