@Raza use Skyrim RE (Real Estate) it alows you to buy out houses and get rent the first level of Haggling (unless you turn that off).
After exploring the entier camp and completing the vanilla quest, the quest for killing the bandit cheif became broken for there was no bandit cheif to kill. my only other option was to put a bounty on them but I could not do that either because it requires stweard but from what I know there is no steward in the Pale region so it just makes me confused as all heck
pls help me XD
I haven't seen a mod that really does this--Trade Routes' mine liberations is the closest I've gotten--so I'm not even sure the game can support this from a script/engine standpoint. If it IS possible, I think it'd be a really cool feature to your already broad and ambitious mod!
What are others' thoughts on this? Is there anyone with solid modding experience who can set me straight and tell me I'm dreaming? Is there already a really, really sweet mod out there that I'm just completely clueless to? Does anybody think I'm a boogerface for even suggest such a lame idea?
I have a suggestion I'd like to humbly offer though... even if just as food for thought:
One thing I would like to see (but have never found, anywhere!) is the player character having a direct effect on the shop through crafting and/or trading. Specifically, I would like a mod that causes the player's purchases (perhaps over a certain threshold?) or sale of crafted, high-quality goods (again, maybe over a certain base-price and/or quality level?) improve the shop's prosperity in a meaningful (if only temporary) way.
For example, I have a character whose life goal is to become the greatest smith in Skyrim. For the last several months, he's been providing the Whiterun smiths with legendary-quality steel swords and advanced armors, some of them with noteworthy enchantments (he overheard the conversation between Avenicci and Battle-Born, and decided to prove his worth).

that mod is really good, but with those autoresetting its more work than fun for players :/
could it be a problem, that i play skyrim someties offline? because noone else seem to have that problem.
Have fun !
