Good work!!!! Now only if someone would make a Phase 3 Dark Trooper for npcs equipped with shoulder rocket homing missiles and the Assault Cannon Rom Mohc used to fight Kyle, and the DT phase 2 and Phase 1.

I understand. I had a similar problem once with chest buttons on an HEV suit from a hl1 model. Ended up not releasing the model, but will redo it eventually.

In your case, however, you could probably cut the mesh to add vertices in the spots under the nips. It would still be floating geo, but at least then they'd have an attachment point. It'd add useless geometry, but it would work.

His nips moved awkwardly because they were considered detached from his body.
When his body would turned, his nips would clip through him. It looked messy
