This is a brilliant Tactic, im 10 games in using it, averaging 60% possession a game, not conceded yet and won every game

sorry i don't really understand. So u mean that u switch to main focus teamwork. and when the season begin u switch them back to allow rest day before and after match and the team training main focus is defensive positioning and again intensty level high ???

best tactic ever im cambridge united and top of league 2 in the semi final of the fa cup and had to beat mansfield, port vale, mk dons, brighton and west brom to get there now im playing southampton

Great tactic. 5***** worked very well for me with Aston Villa. I was in 2021 in my save, my team was packed with young stars, but I wasnt able to win the premier league.

With this tactic I didn't just won, I dominated.
Right now I have 4 players in my team averaging 8+ during the currently season (the wingers and the strikers)
and Ivan Cavaleiro (right winger) won best player in the world. thanks Josh!

I strongly recomend this tactic.

What an awesome tactic. Currently just finished my second season with west ham, came 4th first season and won the FA Cup.
In my second season, i won 32 drew 6 lost 0, and scored 110 goals won the league with 102 points, fa and capital one cup and champions cup. 77 games without losing (and counting) premier league manager of the year.

This tactic has worked a charm for me for 3 years, obviously with my own tweaks, won the league and FA cup with middlesbrough. Then got offered the everton job, took them to 2nd and the FA cup in my first season in charge. Lost mirallas/mccarthy/baines/embolo/wilson/dolofeu for combined total of £230m. Job is a shambles now, but would be a hell of a lot worse if it wasn't for this tactic creating the foundations much love for @joshknight

@Radnanes I blitzed the Portugese league with Porto using it so thought I would try it with lower teams like Vitoria Setubal. In saying that the Prem and Utd is another ballgame

My word, this is brilliant. Took a bog average Reading team to promotion with 110 points, spanking various teams along the way, including my arch-enemy Fleetwood. Great work mate.

@johnhickman1983 I usually leave this blank unless im playing against a bigger team then I will close down and tightly mark the attacking players. I was put Hard tackling on each of these players.

Sometimes I like to close down the Goalie to put him under some pressure, which now and then will kick the ball to one of my players

@jrg.coniston My players didn't suffer when I was bigger teams as they generally had better fitness levels. But in lower leagues like the one I'm playing at the moment with Gosport its bad so lowered it to medium even though they are part time

Are your players not unhappy with the intesity of training? And do they not suffer from fatigue?
