"This mutator causes client-pollution." I already stated this will happen.

The only way to solve it is if someone comes along and rewrites the coding for these kind of mutators, which probably will never happen. There are some weapon skins that does the same.

The Mutator works correctly. But there is a problem. If any player connects to the server with this mutator, the player will have sounds of the weapons even after leaving the server and connecting to other server, which does not have this mutator. It is so bad.
How can we solve the problem?

Its when something is coded that stays around on the client until the game is closed.
Retro Lar, Golden Deagles mutators do this thing.
