If you want it to work, then yes. the game is free to install on steam store.

(And when you start gmod. make sure you enable the content by pressing on that button in on the lower right that has an icon of a controller. there should be one saying ''Team Fortress 2'')

Ithought it was based off the coat on riot gear in Fallout New Vegas
