I second what haylostachoo said, I'd love to have a residential version as well, maybe slightly shorter then this one though so that this version is still more special.

Cims in J. Garner are ecstaitc about Quad's Sprire. Now they want residential digs as well! Some are even thinking of converting a floor... wonder how that would go?

Nothing will ever replace the default buildings, unless using mods of course.
