With LOD error reported on everyone of these I just skip them, even though I really like them.

The garage has been deleted from the workshop. All of the houses that use the garage will throw an error.

Has someone made a theme for this? If so could you share. I have a beast of a computer but for some reason I crash whenever I try to add these to a theme.

@Risen ..or just use the district policy to prevent it from going to lvl. 5.

@Smidgey There is an mod called Control Building Level Up v0.4 I believe, you can use that to stop them into growing to lvl5
