ive eliminated cyrus, the wood elves as well as the catfolk (killed early on so very little impression)
apparently diety level ai gets riflemen, gatlings and cannons. The islands even have ironclads and subs. So my naval strategy is to use privateers or subs i capture to find subs manually.
skyrim is down to three cities near morrowind. The lizardfolk as well as the high king have both lost their capitals. However the high king has most of his empire intact while the lizardfolk have lost all but their northeast. Morrowind is barely dented and half of the summerset mainland has been conquered, with their capital in the yellow. Granted i have to use two giant navies to fight them but im dealing with freaking subs.
all civs are at war, but allied city states are constant.
all city states need to be militarlistic as to be useful in such a scenario
all civs start with a military academy, as well as brandesburg gate in their capital, maybe even the puuk wonder from workshop as well. Thinking whether to give every nation autocracy as freedom is op as hell without teching, and order has many policies rendered useless. The more experiance units start with the better, especially in capital.
I will use all elder scrolls and game of thrones wonders thank god the retarted ai never goes for the military, production, or food growth wonders, the ones that are most useful
The Empire Starts with alhambra, however all other civs will either have a forbidden palace or the cn tower. Im also giving them the roman unique ability cause its so fiting.
but the "required" mod needs G&K along w/ BNW.
p.s. I put required in quotation marks because you shouldn't need the civs for the maps, in my opinion.
I'd appreciate some confirmation on if it works with vanilla or actually does require all dlc.
