Hasn't exactly been my highest priority, but I guess I could have a look at it either today or tomorrow. :P

I'm aware of this. Unfortunately, when I try to use the method I've used in the past to update/fix this and the base mod, Updated Realistic Weapons and Ammo, it might fix the menu, but weapons in-game end up looking like this:

#weapon_fal
#weapon_akm
#weapon_knife

And so on.

I'll continue looking into ways of updating this mod and the parent mod, but I promise nothing.

All the menu stuff is screwed up when I use this mod.

AT4 might need an update since I have an M72 replacement for the AT4.

This is great. Names are realistic just like you said. Thumbs up bro
