He should bring it back, I agree. But not as a Colony Block Mod, As a Corridor Mod. Like a substitute for the Corridor blocks the ladders were replaced by. Also, sage, if you wanted to have conveyor tubing in between the poles at the bottom, Make the actual corridor and the supports separate blocks. Then have two separate support blocks: One with the tubing so it acts as a conveyor, and one without.

Fantastic idea, shame you couldn't finish it. With the whole "bottom being pressurized" thing, have you considered making two blocks instead? The corridor block and the legs block seperate? You could even make the legs block universal so that it would be the same for every corridor block.

Just a thought, would be fantastic if you eventualy finish this if you get the urge to.

very interesting idea, but it would be nice if the peices were airtight so that i could use them on the moon or whatever. I can understand why you abandoned it, i have tried something similar before and ended up creating 1 generic texture and repeating it across every model. perhaps you could do something like that?

Hey Sage heres a brilebt idea for you why do'nt you make a turet like a very acuret rifle gun or a lock on enabled missle luncher.

it may make it easier if you split the support frame from the main part, make it so the hall part can do oxygen, and the support frame has meny options, such as convayors

supportframe is the bottompart, main is the hallway just to be clear

The concept actually reminds me of the game Planetbase. I would love to build a colony base that way. If you ever start over, maybe theres some inspiration to be had from that game. Maybe you need to make less textures if you use more glass? I also wouldn't design anything assuming they will put in features in the future, like compound blocks.

Sage, I rly dont understand you lately. I get that thismod is rly a *beep*load of work to finish. But c'mon, your idea is awesome! This would be the first rly HANDY colony mod - its efficient even without the ability to later attach conveyors to it. I would suggest - give it another go! Build the conveyors right in them and reduce your worries about the lod and textures, they can come later. But the generel direction of this mod is SUPER helpful for a lot of ppl! So kudos ;D

You really should make another, better, version of this, more blocks and whatnot... Also: Composite blocks, we need those, right now, not kidding. (Composite coloring? being able to color different parts of blocks? Just an idea...)

This is a amazing idea and we really need a new mod with corridor blocks just like this. Just chop off the legs so you dont have that problom with the bottom being pressurised and these would be extreamly useful and fun to use with friends.

What about adapting these into a new corridor block for ships? Basically cut the legs off of them.
