@Emreis Eirlien - Then you have an issue with your mod cache with it not downloading at all. That's a bit of a trickier fix but give it a google and here should be answers.

It's a big map so you'll need more than ten unless you love super massive empires and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of free space. After that point, it's all personal preference. i like playing cramped games so I run maps like this one with 30+ players, but 16 or 17 will work fine if you like a bit more comfortable of an arrangement.
