How do I create a flag to use with the mod? I've scoured the C:S forum and saw where it's recommended i contact @BloodyPenguin for assistance, but do not see where I can actually contact him at... Any advice?

For those who want country flags, go check out the "More Flags" mod, they already have indivisual flags of countries grouped in respective continents, this mod is just an add-on

Well, if you want to place them on the ground while in game you will need the more beautification mod that allows you to place props in a live game. Otherwise you can only use these in the asset editor to place on assets you are making.

I can't find the flags in my hotbar thing, it doesn't appear, or is it not suppose to?

If you would like to make custom flags talk to BloodyPenguin about it. He gave me a texture template and I just applied flags to it and sent it back to him and he made a mod for me.

This idea is perfect! I really like the Real Estate flag, it's just what I needed for my American style housing development. I can make a model home at the entrance :D
