Well, I've pulled down both and checked them, and they appear to be working. I'd advise unsubbing, deleting those addons from your addon folder, and resubbing to see if it fixes the issue. Other than that, I'm not sure how I can help. General GMod schenanigans.

No, there should be no additional addons needed. I package all dependencies straight into the addon to avoid this scenario.

Oh! I figured out how to move the inner mandibles now! I just used the Advanced Bone Tool. It took me about a years to figure out how to move the inner mandibles but i finally did. Now i need to figure out how i move the mouth correctly.

The Eater of Worlds looks adorable. i like playing with him. and yes, i think i know why the giant worm was popular and earned you "Mega Upload". maybe because a lot of Terraria fans were subscribing him and so did i.

The outer and inner teeth are separate sets of bones. I don't believe the inner bones have ragdoll support. You might be able to move those using a bone editing tool. I've never tested it, however.

Ok, everytime i was moving the outer teeth, the inner teeth still would'nt move. i feel like it was very hard for me to open his mouth. are you sure its possible? I know how to use the face poser to move his mouth.

It appears flexes aren't working as well as they did before. The faceposer tool now seems to ignore the custom flexes on the worm. You can get them back by downloading a custom face/flex tool off the workshop. It should restore the OpenMouth flex.

However, the mouth flex is glitchier than I remember. I'm not sure what that's about.

It appears there was an update to gmod in May that changed the way the finger and face poser tools work. I'll pull down a copy of this model and double check the flexes.

They are ragdoll bones, like the worm itself. You should be able to simply select them and move them around. It's been a long time, so my memory is rusty, but I believe the both the outer and inner teeth are bones. Only the mouth widening is faceposer.
