This works good at lower league teams two finished second with oxford in league 2 with it first season with an average squad great tactic

Would be good if you could add what to do with training your players or suggesting in game tactics. Like instead of changing formation how about drop deeper, lower tempo. I like the tactic though so thanks

the player instructions should already be set when the tactic is downloaded boys

my tips.. make sure your right back is good with crossing and stamina to go back and attack ..

the striker needs to be a good alrounder with passing and vision to help the team

left back needs to be solid in defence to make a back 3 when the right back is bombing on!

if you download the player instructions should be already set boys... i let the Assistant manager do the opposition instructions and iv got the same assistant as when you 1st load the game up.. its very like direct so dont expect much of the ball.. but your have all the key attacks

and also player instructions, dont forget that.
