That sounds fair. II'll make a level 1 version of these houses soon.

level 1 and level 2 are fine the higher level some props not to many just to make a slide improvement or new designs for the higher levels ot same houses with a extra floor i have seen that too

normally level 1 and level 2 houses are the same for a district style or you could develop a new house up to you , but i think level 1 and 2 best are the same easier for you and from level 2 up to level 5 new houses or better lookin with a garden or satilate dish on it for example or small swim pool . dont need all variants just 1 or 2 to get the district style starting .
