it has 18k tris and a weight of nearly 350 making this park to a performance eater.

Comparison: it needs around the performance of 30+ normal parks....

Great asset for when you’re trying to make a rural area and want a park that looks a little more natural.

The bigger fountain looked good, but I have learned from a previous mistake, that the cims are programmed to come and sit on it. Placing it in the middle of the pond would have probably resulted in people walking across the water all the time. I did not want that...

@ Xen: thanks for the idea! I have been thinking about making a slightly different version of it, just to add variety. It would be easy to add one of the in-game fountains. I will make it a new asset, don't want to change this one.

Just an idea, think you could get a small fountian in the pond?
