but it is more hdd than ssd from what i understand, and buying an ssd is better, but if you want a fast hdd and want an ssd too, that is affordable, go with hybrid, although, ive never used one, ive heard they are pretty good

SSHD is actually an acronym for Solid-State Hard-Drive. It's a hybrid between an SSD and a typical HD. I use a 1tb one. It's pretty good.
