You need a plastic staff key, contraband pouch, and sturdy shovel. Go through the contraband detector at the south, go left/right, dig under the left/right wall, and waltz south to freedom.

Всё хорошо, только есть один недочёт. Работая дворником я убрал почти всю гразь, а последняя грязь появилась в зоне перед генераторм (так двери с красными замками). Вот так
