@dragyn111 - for the New England States I'd sugget either the New England State flag of 1778 or even better the "Bunker Hill" Flag from the battle of bunker hill so it stands out more.

I dont know how you could send them to me:/ . I think I will focus on american subnations now and maybe some in europe

Thank you very much for your suggestions and your help! :) I ll look if it works. I am right now creating Texas, New England and Rhineland. I ll also improve the flags of Bretagne :)

Suggestion: make regional sub-powers for the United States: Confederate States of America, Republic of Texas, Republic of Utah (yes it was real for 2 years), California Republic, New Englans States (almost a breakaway in the war of 1812), and NorthWestern Columbia (Washington State and Oregon which was a suggested state), you could also do Appalachia (purposed failed 14th state of the Union made up of Western Pennsylvannia, West Virginia, Eastern Ohio, Eastern Kentucky and Western Tennassee), this would make for interesting ways to divide it up when you conquer it as Japan or Germany (yes I've done it with both).

So it works! Using paint.net i just copied Kroaz Du flag (black cross on white font, old breton flag), and put it instead of authoritarian Bretagne.

I'm trying something right now, and i'll see if it works

Its not that simple to copy and paste flags. they haveto be in exact the same format and the flags in the mod have differnet data formats like .tga .png and different sizes what makes the whole thing complecated. :) but thank you for your comment I hope I will be able to create a good Corsica . If you know how to simply copy and paste flags from the internet please tell me

I just wonder why you don't use the real flag designs for new nations?
I mean you could just take the flag on the Internet and copy/paste it
But apart for that you do a really great job, keep it up!
Also I suggest making Corsica next, and if you need an advice for new nations ideas just ask!

I meant if u want to you could tell me what country would you like to have and than i could send you the flags if you want so.
It would be really cool if you would do some new country flags than i could concentrate on others. Just tell me what nation you want in the game and i send you the flags . This would be really really cool if people like you help me to improve my mod.

Photoshop CS5 can open .tga files if you download .tga extension plugin to it and i have Photoshop CS5. And of course you can convert .tga files to .png, jpg files and then when u have finished editing them u can convert them back to .tga

The program i use is GIMP.
It's because some pics are .tga and it can only be edited with gimp. Others are .jpg.
For every nation I have to do 20 flags because for example only the Facist or democratic sort of a nation has 5 different flags and banners of differennt data formats. Because of this some flags are less detailed than they could be because i have to recreate a flag two times for other data formats but i am trying to do my best .

Oh and i could make the new countrys flags, if you just send the flag file to me to. (Including the democratic, facist, authoritarian, communist flag files)
And of course i can help you to decide the countrys name, political party. If you just tell me first where this new country is going to be located.

Oh hell yes i see the difference in-game! Im sharp eyed.

Another point is that these flags you see in the pics are really small in the game so you often dont see a difference to the flags of the normal game

I know what you mean. I am working on improving the flags for every new Version.
The next update WILL iclude updated flag but i am not sure if i could update all the flags.
I promise i am doing my best to offer you a fast improving mod
