The only way to spawn it Is by searching It inside your game by using the dupes menu, because you can't download a dupe from the Steam Workshop.
I'm going to relase a modern version of the parking the next week.

go in dupes menu, go in building, select my dupe, spawn it and save the dupe, after that you can found it in your "my dupes".
