Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More- government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died. Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kill you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other profiles on this one site, and she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This is fake. apparently, if u copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes u will have the best of your life

Wow I'm surprised people still use this/look at it and it's not out of date. Wrote this 6 years ago so I've learned a lot more...will update when I figure out how thanks

You should add all "if" to one hook instead of one hook for each "if"

Bukkit uses &. You also can't paste (on mobile, so the color syntax symbol goes here) I don't think. :c

Maybe cause they didn't have the addon installed to the server. It's a server addon (think of TTT) yes you can have it installed but it won't work on a server that isn't yours (LAN will work though)

@tornadobruce I haven't looked at the code in a while (on a different PC right now, mac is dead) but I'm 99% sure it's serverside because it needs to hook chat to change it, etc. (Something that needs to be clientside.)

Side note: GM is crashing when I try to load, not sure why but I'll have to switch to my slow af laptop for help now lol.

I tested it client-side as of now, but there are like 10 server collections that use this so I am guessing it should work server-side. (Not that I'm unwary, for death run it should work. If deathrun [or any other addon] changed the actual chat message that you send then it might interfere -- but don't be scared to try) The color is visible to others. If I was to go into detail, a client sends a message. I have stuff set up (hooks) to decide that when a user uses the colour, I deletes their old message from people's chat, and then adds the message in the color they chose.

Does this work for online deathrun servers? Are they visible to other ppl?

On a side note, &c and &4 are relatively the same colour, but on your note, Diehard, &4 works fine for me. Try re installing the addon if the next thing I say does not work. Make sure there are no spaces in the message ( e.g. " &4", "& 4", " & 4 " ). Say this is your message: " &4 I love turtles, they live a long life. The end."

Only the bolded section is what is scanned in the addon. So say you did " & 4 turtles are fun." That would not work, because there is a space. &4 is 2 letters and it's all they look for. I hope this is fixed, but if you have any consistent problems add me and we can talk, or post them here.
