So, this is awesome, so thank you. That's the most important thing. Could you use the model for the windmill to make this animated, and have the dish spin? Possibly with the wind, sounds easiest, or just however so that the dish isn't a still asset?

Mod works as intended but I do agree that maybe a version with a lower student count would be better. 10 seems reasonable

They are awesome. Not just the looks (which are cool, would be nice though if they move) but also their use in the game, They function as a small university. So if don't have the money to plop down an entire univeristy or you don't wan't your entire population to become an univeristy degree, just use one of these. The range is incredibly as well. Thanks for making these :)

Is there anyway to remove the educational aspect of this? It messes up university rates and such when you wanna make a satelite installation whilst decreasing education to keep your factories employed.
