Bearfieldlee - yes, that's correct, i have upped faction preferences. That being said the avars would indeed recruit more cavalry, but melee cavalry ofcourse.

Voodoo - yes it does work with saves, but keep in mind the AI would not disband and replace existing armies. It will affect new recruitment only, meaning that when it starts to buy new units, it will focus on melee, when it faces casualties, it will replace them in armies with predominantly melee units.

Oh yes it does, the cavalry now would not exceed 20% of the army count, excep for avars of course, they will have more for obvious reasons.
