Man, I'd like to say a few things. First, the creator of this map should use a sign saying "I'm an idiot who doesn't know how to do anything right." Why put so many animals? And why can't you revive your ally in the same safe zone? My friend literally died by opening the door to the fourth zone, and the aliens kill in one hit without even reaching the player.

I played this map with Kent 5 times and during the game I found out that I am a Masochist or became one while playing this map.

yes, it's really difficult, especially in solo, but I was still able to complete chapter 3 in solo, I had to kill a whole horde of strangers to get to the truck where George was, overall cool

this map is the worst horror map iv ever played it was sposezto give me the crowbar,but i did not get shit

plot hole : if bullets dident do damage in the other chapters to the xenomorpth then how do bullets work here its really confusing if you think about it .

The first two were cool, this one kinda sucked in comparison

kinda sad that this in a way forced co-op unlike the other 2 that i really liked as it actually tried to do horror instead of jump-scare balozza

Finally finished it solo, pretty fun I can't lie. Enjoyable with friends and tense when alone, solid 7/10

Btw, i know the title makes it clear there's no more to the story, but it would be cool to have a follow up, as sure we escaped, but there's still aliens out there and i'm sure they would spread around in many villages, citys and natural areas

Yeah, it's a shame it doesn't work for your Abducted series, ARC9 doesn't replaces CS:S weapons, i only played the first map but couldn't finish it because of the huge ammount of ennemies there are... Couldn't you make alternative versions with HL2 weapons, or make it so we can play them without the CO-OP mode ? (jk) X)

yea I agree you should probably use custom weapons, this is a pretty nice way to do it

There's a way to use custom weapons, but it's not how you think.
Download ARC9 weapons
Check the mod's options, got into "NPC" and check the "replace ground weapons"
All default HL2 weapons will be replaced by ARC9 weapons, ARC9 weapon will fit the category of HL weapons they replace (HL shotgun will be replaced by any ARC9 shotguns, HL pistol with any ARC9 pistols etc)
Also, i think it's in gameplay, check the slow motion option so everytime you press shift while aiming, it will slow down time.
There, it'll be a bit easier to finish the map in solo thanks to the custome weapons

using the default weapons make enemy dmg are way to low !

I was still just figuring things out, ideally you'd be chased around and have to hide from monsters, but I still didn't know how to do that at this point so I just made the NPCs very dangerous. If you want to try some of my newer stuff I made a horror map called "Scream" where you do get chased and have to hide, you need to use a gamemode with it though for it to work properly.

It's really interesting that the first 2 chapters are just harmless horror solving puzzles and then the 3rd chapter is just no chill whatsoever, your heart is racing, you're constantly looking all around you to make sure nothing kills you, you're constantly panic crowbaring or shooting anything that moves, you're constantly wasting ammo clips as hordes of facehuggers and xenomorphs come to kill you. It's just one big heck of a battle to get yourself stranded in, which is why I love the chapters. I hope you make more stuff like this I really enjoy it .

Well I was able to remove the disconnect thing whenever I die, and I also can respawn entities so I can try again. So you clearly helped out, appreciate it.

probably not, I am sure you can remove the lua_run entities somehow and run it in sandbox with no limitations

Reasons why I love this chapter

1. This brings out paranoia, fear, and adrenaline when you and your teammates has to watch each other's backs for the facehugger's and Xenomorph's.

2. It takes planning and strategies to outplay the enemies.

And 3. I really enjoy reading the comments of how butt-hurt players can be when they can't finish this chapter with friends lol.

I really wish this series continues. This is by far the best horror map and it's chapters me and my friends have ever came across with.

I am surprised you liked my 2 previous walking simulators. This map however isn't supposed to crash when you see the alien, you probably have too many addons enabled and there's a conflict.

Why would you make 2 normal parts but make the third one like that? Map just shut down when we get to close to some small alien dog ufo looking mf. Wasn't prepared for that after 2 awesome chapters.
