After dark came free as a patch actually ;) The DLC came with other thing, not the day/night cycle.

Oh, I just noticed, you will want to put "DLC Required: After Dark" on this (on the right hand side menu near "required items"). That will save from having to answer the "why isn't it showing up in my city" complaints which would surely come from those without After Dark. :)

We need more Leisure and Tourism buildings in general. Adding a friet tent is a good start!
