One solution that worked for most people was:
1 - Activate console
2 - type "cl_mouseenable 1" - You get acces to the mouse ingame again but cursor still shows up
3 - type "cursortimeout 0" - Hide the cursor, remember to set it to a value >0 to see it again in the menus
LordOE had a few other solutions if you want to look through and find those too.

Hmm, sorry I can't help you more, it's a really wierd issue. Can you right click? If you can right click you can still use your knife to hit, and you can do underhand throws.
Are you able to in other maps? If not, then try to rebind your left mouse to attack in your control settings. You could also try restarting your PC, reinstalling the game, and a different mouse. But that's only if you can't in any other maps.
If you can in other maps, it's very strange that you're having this issue.
Open up the games console and type the command "mp_humanteam any" (without the quotations).

That's really wierd. Are you able to buy them in normal matches and are you able to pick up the high explosive grenades? Check in a bot only game. If you can't I'm assuming you have a plugin downloaded from a community server or something. You may be able to find a fix for this on the internet.

Only other thing I could think of is try a different computer, or delete the game, and delete the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive folder in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common" and then reinstall.
If you cant pick them up, you can just buy one at the start of the round. You may need to toss a grenade down before the molotov, to make sure they are on low enough health.
