@Dagger, I got you. Well with the little bit of research I did and the video I watched of a GTA IV ELS Modded Vehicle ( XD ) I found that they stayed on. I live in Florida so its not like I've seen it before. I will keep it solid for now though, I think it looks best.

@DAGGER, I've never had that issue. They should stay red during all lighting stages.

@WATERMELOAN!!! He did say that this car would have the CA State Steady Burn reds in the front, this is made for CA/CHP Use, not a regular photon vehicle.
