I did it white so anyone could have it their own color, so I can't do that. What do you mean by the "alt menu"?

well maybe make a colour or you know make it in the alt menu for it

Hmm.. I'm not sure what the problem is then. Have you tried the addon by itself in-game while others are disabled? There could be conflicting addons preventing the color change.

You don't use the crit tools to paint it. You use the default color tool.

i dont know why but i cant paint the heart so its jsut white
