I have activated this mod on the mod menu, but it just won't show up when I set up a game. This happens to all of my custom civs

たしかに汎用性は無いかもしれませんねー。
他の文明がユニットを揃える前にコンサートステージを建てまくり
黄金時代に一気に文化勝利を狙う戦法が基本になりそうです。

比較は難しいですが女神の中では上の下か中あたりかと。エデンやタリのような強くて汎用性も高い、というわけではないので。観光特化で他の女神のようなＵＵや科学先行による最新鋭部隊、ハンマーによる物量作戦がし辛いのでラッシュを喰らう前に観光ラッシュをしたい。
私はいつも皇帝でやるので相手のラッシュも大して怖くないですが、創造主なんかだとテクニックが求められそうです。

以前のUAがブラジルとの差が感じられないという意見が幾つかあったので
差別化できるようにと調整したのですが、いかがでしょうか？
他の女神よりも強くなってしまったかもしれません。

not sure if its just me its happening to but im frequently seeing the icons of vert being Blurred in appearance (unit icons and their "flag" icon next to cities)

Leanbox is powerhouse of nepcivs. SMD is steamroll, and Vert produces a lot of it. I didn't played it personally, but statistically it almost always hard enemy in more than 1 victory path. SMD is also moving man-by-man.
Overall opinion: isn't it a bit OP?

Could add a dropbox link for all of them that you have uploaded, can edit the uploads page to include the link so it wont get lost in the comment sea at some point and all can find it easily

texture bug on the UU. Hade this problem on your Plutia mod before but it was fixed. The texture also bugged out on Lastation's UU, I don't know about Lowee's UU but it might have the same problem.
