This is found under the Policies tab, if you click on "Industries 4.0" it makes all industry buildings employ highly educated workers. Not sure why anyone would need this now..

Alright, it's takin me two days to figure this out but when this mod is turned on my storage facilities do not function properly. The trucks available will flicker even when the facility is set to empty.

I turned every mod/asset off except this one, turned every one of them on except this one, and dozens of other combinations and this mod seems to be the only cause.

The mod itself works but the sideeffect is gamebreaking for me. Just thought you should know.

you can fork the project in github I guess. because original author is absent for a long time, and you should take over the project as new mod, and post it into steam workshop. please.

Hi. I'm noob for Cities/Unity development, so I can do nothing, but I think this is very useful mod (especially after built LHC). however, the mod hasn't been updated in a long time.
I thought, the source codes' original comment line was written in Japanese, and if it become a language barrier and it might have prevented someone from taking over the project.
it made me sad, so I translated it, and I wanted to commit to github, but github desktop says: I don't have permission (maybe author made his repo private).
so, I uploaded file to Dropbox:

Is it possible for this mod to make buildings employ under educated people aswell? If you want your town to start of in a simple rural fashion with oil and ore industry it would be perfect if it could do that.

Too bad there are no alternative mods.
This one is a bit broken I think. At least I did get Simulation Error in one game which was interfering with citizen AI.
In the next game I removed it and so far so good.

The game does allow for educated workers, what this mod does is allow educated and over educated workers take lesser or un-educated jobs...

I just unsubcribed from the poulation mod and the game loaded fine...was a little rough with the frame rate....but it did play. That may be the conflict.
