Howdy Moon Lord.
So, I've also has a bit of pain with "LimitExeeded/Too Much Of a Good Thing"
And a good way to assist it, is to compress or reduce the size of the Preview Image that is in the file.
As, the image is usually what takes up all the space in my mods.

Conga, to remove lags, turn Steam Cloud off. Yes, you won't be able to play the same fleet on other computer, but lags will really will be gone. I checked it myself

Great! Time to see how fast I can go, hopefully it makes me able to ram through MOST modded huge ships in one strike. Gotta kill them Gigas from EXP mod.
