Well AJ3D, the RICO dev, did some troubleshooting those past couple of hours and lifted the Unique Building requirement once again. So with the latest RICO update growable sare working as they did before.

Oh, wait, that ruins a lot of buildings I have now. My city. I have a ploppable alternative version, I guess I can upload it later.

I used to make my own RICO xmls for my private use until now but the latest update of the RICO mod makes now mandatory that assets are Unique Buildings. Hence this easy trick won't work anymore and asset makers now really have to upload a separate RICO-friendly version in the Unique Building category.

I made a ploppable RICO version for private use, but I am not sure how to upload it so that the xml comes with it. You can make a ploppablericodefinition.xml file and as long as it specifies the correct name in the field, it will make any building (zonable or a unique building) you define a RICO ploppable with whatever stats you desire.

The asset appears, but I can't add them into any theme...usually it has a drop down menu for user to select which theme they can go into, your original one also have it.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do. Your modifed thing should appear when you load if you have done it right?

hi, I am amending your asset by adding some details, changing level and changing the color. How can I set it enable user to "add to style"?

Is there a reason the game thinks this asset is like 6 feet tall? For example, if there are dead people, the icon shows up way low on the building

To make it ploppable, use the Search Box Mod

Then zone the buildings you build. It works as a functional plop-mod.
