That works fine for me and most of users. Don't think that your problem is caused by this mod exactly.

i dont use any other mods beside the enchanced flashlight :/

What? Character turning is caused by any other mods you may have, such as weapon replacements.
This mod doesn't touch any files that can cause gameplay problems.

i had to delete it from the addons directory.

i had to uninstall it, because if you Press V to melee, the character turned himself 30-40° to the right.
its annoying when you try to open windows/barricades.
fix that pls
