no errors in the code to cause such breaks. you use the manual version? The workshop breaks dependent mods.

This is unfortunately broken, if anyone's wondering. I had a bunch of bugs with it: Events that give a trait failing to fire, etc.

Can never get the red wedding to occur... I assume I'm not invited to any weddings, be it for Robert, Robb etc...

probably if married characters are getting the bedding modifier. if it doesn't work then probably the same problem as wolflings and same solutions.

I believe so. It just looks for the going to wedding modifiers.

probably. But it works on AGOT's wedding feast mechanic which the base game doesn't have, so there's nothing to setup the intrigue decisions.

I tried it out and if I may suggest a few things. I think there should bigger concequences, mostly for doing Red Wedding because that is such a huge thing to do. I think the host should get like a dynastical stain or something and if you're discovered you should as well or something. Also currently it only allows me to kill target, kill target and imprison everyone else I can't actually just kill everyone.

sounds like you aren't installing it properly, just unzip(it's a 7zip file so probably need 7zip) the download from ModDb to the Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings 2\mod folder

No, the Rainbow_weddings.mod file is in the Rainbow_weddings.4 file

I'm not sure a folder inside the mod folder works for ck2, but the "another folder", that's inside Rainbow_Weddings.4, is it the same name in the path = line of the .mod file?

Yes I'm using moddb version
in my mod file for CK2 there is a folder that I put in called Rainbow_Weddings.4 and inside that folder is the .mod file and another folder that contains all the other stuff

When I upload to workshop, the .mod files end up mangled in the process.

Why doesnt the workshop version work? I thought the workshop was built specificly to make incorporating mods easy and reliable?(Note: I dont have much experience with it hence my lack of knowledge :)

If you are using the moddb version instead of the workshop version, then it's not a broken .mod. Did you just drop the zip file into the mod folder or did you actually unzip it properly and put the folder and .mod file into the mod folder?

when you plot to kill someone, do you have the red wedding, black wedding, and purple wedding decisions in the intrigue menu?

I'm a little bit confused, I downloaded the mod from moddb and put it in the mod folder, when I launch the game I select it and the GoT mod but nothing happens in game. When I plot to kill people and invite them to weddings I don't get the events. Yes All conditions are met like plot power is over 100% etc. Anyone able to help here?

No you don't have to be the host, and you should get an event were you choose.

does a red wedding just kill the target or everyone at the wedding. Also do you need to be hosting the wedding.

The decisions are available as long as you are plotting to kill someone, if the decisions aren't in the intrigue menu then uploading to the Workshop has mangled the .mod file. In which case, use the manual download.
